1. If you are applying for ETL certification for the first time, after passing the test, our inspectors will go to the factory for the first factory review. The factory should do the necessary preparations, prepare the product model and related documents (such as the specifications of spare parts, etc.).
2. ETL Inspection is a review of the quality control system of the factory applying for ETL certification and a factory review of the main structure and components of your products in accordance with the ETL report.
Its review items can be roughly divided into: quality control procedures for the overall production and manufacturing process.
Quality control methods, including incoming material inspection and assembly procedures. All test-related records or reports, test methods, list of instruments and equipment and their correction records, test reports and related corrective measures. Management of the use of ETL tags.
3. If the manufacturer moves to another location after the first factory review, we will conduct the first factory review again.
4. After the first factory review, we will conduct a quarterly review of the factory every quarter. If some of the key components in your previous ETL report are not listed by the National Accreditation Laboratory (NRTL), we will extract them for annual review during the quarterly review.
